Charleston

Isle Of Palms/Sullivans Island

Daniel Island
Home of the Family Circle Tennis Championships and a plethora of new, upscale neighborhoods along with the Charleston Battery Blackbaud Stadium make Daniel Island another sought after address in the Charleston area. A fast growing island with a healthy business environment.
West Ashley
So named because this area is west of the Ashley River. A mix of old and new neighborhoods along with a great deal of shopping areas including Citadel Mall.
James lsland/ Folly Beach
James Island and Folly Beach are fast growing areas west of the peninsula of Charleston. James Island is an older area in the middle of a new spurt of growth fueled by the growth of the Charleston area as a whole. Folly Beach is a barrier island which too is growing and which offers a wonderful island lifestyle.
Johns Island
Rural Lowcountry living at its best. Moss draped Oaks, lush landscape and a feeling of being in a different world. Johns Island lies between the James Island and the Kiawah island area.
Kiawah/Seabrook Islands
Kiawah and Seabrook Islands are a half hour drive from the peninsula and they offer a mix of resort and residential living. Upscale and breathtakingly beautiful.
North Charleston
The City Of North Charleston is home to the Hunley Submarine and the North Charleston Coliseum. This area is a mix of residential, business, and shopping areas with a mix of neighborhoods.
Summerville
Summerville is a half hour north of Charleston with a more rural atmosphere, though the area is growing fast.
